Movement in PvP

Does anyone else feel that movement exotics are a-must-have in PvP ? I can play without equiping them but i feel i'm in clear disaventage against someone with them I'm i the only one ?

I can feel the difference between my Dune build and my peregrines. It’s not a need but it changes my play style a little
