Repulser is less efficient with volatile compared to every other debuffs because the overshield only triggers with the gun kill not the volatile explosion which makes it very inconsistent but with weakens it works like bread and butter.

Depends on the weapon/situation, but I can understand that view. I think the spread of Volitile would be helpful, but I would like to thing having a perk like those should give a weapon built in anti-champ stuff. Voltshot gives build in Overload, DR gives Anti-Barrier, and Incandescent gives Unstoppable. That would fix up a few things I think considering Bungie's use of champs just makes some situations worse in my opinion.
