Probably because you crutch on special ammo kills. With the meter people actually had to learn to use their primary. Instead of running around with double special using weapons that honestly don’t really take much skill to use.

Edited by Kiro - 13: 4/19/2024 3:50:06 AMYou are correct, he nearly has twice as many special weapon kills as he does primary weapon kills. Special ammo allows player to perform out of their skill band which is why the special ammo crate system is preferred by more casual players.

Yeah doesn’t surprise me.

To the casual player they believe they should have access to "tools" vs a player they recognize as far more skilled them their selves to even the playing field. If you cant comprehend why that belief is ass backwards I dont know what to say. By that logic should I be given access to a jetpack in football since as I am not as skilled as the professional players?

Edited by Nezarec Toesy Wosies: 4/19/2024 3:58:02 AMI really enjoyed the meter system they had. It actually made people get into more primary gunfights. I’m perfectly fine with dying to a special weapon. My issue is when people can use special weapons like they are primary weapons. Like last weeks Trials lol. Being able to get 16 shots of Forerunner is completely broken and should never be a thing in PvP. As well as being able to run double special with no issue at all. It just blows my mind that they make it so PvP has more primary gunfights. Then just throw that all away just so they can “test” special ammo crates. Also the special ammo crates have a very big snowball effect. You can see that when you play comp now.

Well just be ready for some one to tell us how elitist we are being. Or its a game any every one should be able to enjoy them selves. Thats why SBMM & outlier based match making was implemented. If we so called elitist had our way it would be CBMM. Not to mention elitist is the wrong term to describe players that want these changes. Reductions to special ammo and ability spam are stances that value balance & skill. But we will be branded that way none the less.
