Did you preorder the collectors edition? thats the only version the BungieStore would handle.
Platforms cancelled most/all of their preorders for TFS when the delay was announced - so you'll want to verify if you still have yours. If it does still show you having it double check the kiosk next to the gunsmith in the tower

That may be what happened. I checked again today and it says I still haven't pre-ordered The Final Shape on my console. Does that mean I have to buy it again? Even though I already purchased it on the BungieStore?

If you ordered from the BungieStore, you would have entered a code, and it would not have been refunded by Microsoft for the date change. Please check your Microsoft purchase history, as you may have actually purchased it on the Microsoft Storefront instead of the BungieStore.
