bungie make a playlist with similar skill true ranking system like comp atleast or number 1 through 50 there is a lot of games where one team has a lot of people who don't try or play or know how to play or just stand in spawn and the other team has a good set or players who are not even in one team just random but who actually know how to play or are in a stack and don't wanna say cheaters all the time but when there is a person just running around sliding jumping and shooting out of there butt and you say to yourself maybe he has a good build for this and you look and they have nothing to help them with flinch or aim while i do have a build for crucible and they have a nightfall build and they have perfect aim no recoil or flinch cmon !!! its frustrating losing to stuff like that i don't mind i i were to play super sweats that would make me a better player but to just start a match and have to deal with all that cmon do something about it already

Edited by A_mo: 4/12/2024 6:26:43 AMIt's hard to say how a truly new ranking system would go. There's different approaches to playing Destiny and top tier players have grown accustomed to the game feeling different than it tends to when it's what some call more "competitive." So with that right there either the game will be working discrepancies into matches or there needs to be something else for them to play after they hit the top ranks so it can not have stark discrepancies as a feature while trying to keep it competitive. . Competitive where people are having drastically different experiences just isn't competition really. And it's strange because people hammer on skill levels but not the concept of an even playing field at that level. The game just sets itself up so that it's trying to make things look competitive with increasingly dissimilar players over time. And if it needs to be slower it shouldn't feel like the game is supposed to move at a faster speed but there's something making it slow. It should just be slower and everyone should move slower and then the better players just prove themselves to be better. All that is not necessarily what daily pvp players prefer though.
