if your preorder was on console, they were automatically refunded due to the delay - it's fine to reorder but i'd double check first (order history, payment method history, any emails you may have received, etc)

Thanks, I've confirmed this was the reason. To double-check I went through all my bank statements and the purchase had never passed. So I'm planning to re-order it again. Thanks again
