There's the old news. Repetitive as always. It really shouldn't be that hard. And I sure hope you don't try implementing AI to your matchmaking settings the next time around, because I can already tell you that that's not going to work straight away. Just in case you get that odd itch to try that new tech, I'm letting you know now that it's not the way to go. Just keep it simple. You over-complicate systems and the information that matters gets lost in the flow.
...Wait, the system doesn't use AI for matchmaking, right? It was pretty vague...
EDIT: Btw, there's also an absolute ton of quitter rampancy going on again if that tells you how bad it is.

If you can "fix" matchmaking to everyone's satisfaction you'll make a ton of money, go get em champ. Can't be that hard right?
