Bungie is only nerfing precision frames because they hate them. Keep using all of the other options, especially Summoner because there’s no way Bungie will ever nerf it too. It’s not even remotely broken and is barely used anyway. This is not reverse psychology.

Edited by Rams: 4/5/2024 3:02:03 PMI’m sick and tired of people acting like autos are a problem, they aren’t even that strong. I think if anything needs a nerf, it’s handcannons. Handcannons can kill from scout rifle range and don’t take any skill. All the toxic elitists will come for my head after saying that.

All crucible is now is noobs with auto rifles they need nerfed, everything else is -blam!- compared to them, hand cannons are completely useless now

NIce sarcasm , 2 tapping with weapons that do special weapon damage does take the most skill

I approve of your reverse psychology. Also agree with a comment on how Bungo buffs and nerfs to make you chase that weapon FOMO.. and then.. "..let's focus the herd over here" I must say I hate the Horror Story generally (the feel.. the slowness).. but I pulled it out yesterday tired of playing all banner weapons.. and my under/over+TL was slaying.. actually felt good. It must be an impossible programming task to have all weapons use their stats for their style play (of course wiht skill of the player).. or Bungo just can't figure out how to monetize that... because we come here for PVP for some reason other than pain.. i think..

They are going to wait to nerf 600rpm after the summoner is no longer farmable. They want it to be the BEST AR option, to entice players to play trials to get. After its off the table, then they will nerf 600s to the ground.

They aren't completely skilless or as skilless as a lot of people say they are. That playstyle has been at the top of the game for some time now though, especially when you factor in smgs, which are somewhat similar. Summoner is one of those weapons that doesn't always feel broken, then at particular times it feels completely op. Usually when things are nerfed there's a few things left for people to use and that will probably be the case with autos.
