I think it would be a neat change to crucible to use a new radar system.
Lets drop the radar having the range of your average slug shotgun. Done? Ok.
So, with a slightly further reaching radar by default, I now suggest a second change to pair with this.
This new radar will detect ANY player when struck by an enemy. So say you shoot me with a scout rifle from across the map, upon being struck my radar will ping your location regardless of how far away you are.
I ask this to test out due to the strength of hard hitting scout rifles that can easily 3 tap players from safety before you can even figure out which direction the shots came from.
Or... Just use your old Halo type radar system which is:
shoot=ping
run=ping
sneak=intermittent ping(already ingame)
My last request is to allow the player to reposition the radar itself. I have always hated the upper corner positioning, it requires looking away from the active combat field to check, whereas a lower corner position would not.
Thanks for reading.

I don't want them messing with the radar to "improve" it. There's a large red arrow damage indicator pointing in the direction of the person that hit you. Use that if they exceed 70m. Or be mindful of the lanes you peek. Standing out in no man's land.
