Where is the Trials memento on my crafted Cataclysmic?
My crafted cataclysmic had a trials memento on it and now the memento is gone but there’s nothing different about the perks and masterwork. What happened to it?

Sometimes mementos don't show up on a weapon. Mine didn't show up on my forbearance but it still got the shader unlocked when it hit level 30
