Judging by how the other arc supers went for Warlock: Lasts 5s at base. Requires an exotic to not be terrible that will take its time to 15s.

  • Nah, it can be good without needing an exotic. I did think of an exotic that allows allies to chuck stuff into it and make the storm worse. Imagine some dingus chucking a suppression grenade in there. The storm turns purple, supresses enemies, AND jolts them.

They got balanced around their respective exotics which heavily increase damage and/or duration of the supers, meaning these supers are incredibly weak without the exotics. And if the Bungies were to keep it up (and I wish they wouldn't. Is it so hard to reduce the gains from the exotic and to improve the baseline of the supers?) it would end like I described above.
