Post Guardian Games Event Card Rewards
Hello, I'm looking for some assistance. Yesterday before reset, I was able to complete both the Guilding of the Champ title, and all tasks on the Guardian Games Event Card. Whilst all challenges were completed and ticked off, as I was about to redeem the rewards I was error coded, and this was still a few minutes before maintenance began. Despite having paid for the content and completed the challenges, I am now no longer able to access the rewards. This can be verified on my account. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this issue?

Hey there. Unfortunately the rewards had to be picked up before the event ended. Now it has finished, there is no way to obtain them. I'm in the same boat, forgot to pick up the baseball cap shell.

Unfortunately, no, the rewards had to be earned and claimed prior to player removal. The error coding was them beginning to shutdown servers to force players out of the game.
