Everyone gets one (1) name change and everyone is told about this single name change before they can change their name. Bungie will not give you another custom name change no matter what. You are stuck with your current name until Bungie gives us a second name change. There are no plans for a second name change. People keep using inappropriate names, which means Bungie security has to waste time resetting those names and sometimes ban the account. If people didn't abuse such a simple feature, we wouldn't be limited to a single name change. Blame the community.
