I feel dumb. Ascendent Challenges

Ok. So, I am finding it impossible to complete an ascendent challenge. I have tried just about everyone and die immediatley upon facing the knights. Any pointers. I have yet to complete one.

Ues one off supers Blade barrage Moebius Tether Gathering Storm Burning Maul with exotic Both nova bombs Needlestorm Chaos Reach or if it's the other one just run or jump a broken pillar
