Bungie cannot forcibly remove a linked account. You would need to do so manually by disabling cross save and removing the link. Then after the required cool down, reactivate cross save if you so choose.

Which I completely get, but I can't authorize the delink. Is there any other way to do it?

Unfortunately no. You would need to work with platform support to recover access to any account you cannot authorize.
