Characters Lost
Just tried signing into the game and was greeted with the age verification + character creation screen. Characters still show up on the mobile app but not within game. Started Vanilla D1; is everything gone? (Xbox)

A post from another player who has experienced the issue and is now able to access their characters as normal: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/263778799/0/0 Others who have said they have made new characters in place of missing ones still have their old characters and progress visible in the app, but it’s best to not create a new character just to be safe.
