Both are checkpoints and don't count.
The solo/flawless Triumphs have to be the entire dungeon in a single session; error codes, black screens, and disconnects will also invalidate the attempts.

Because you either left/returned, or had an error code that caused you to black screen or reconnect. Regardless, these 2 runs don’t count.
