It actually makes them happy that they're still fighting because when they inevitably continue to win, they get the buzz of being able to bag them knowing there's nothing they can really do about it regardless of the fact that they're fighting back. But if that's what you guys need to tell yourself to motivate yourself to keep fighting fair enough. But these people don't get annoyed if you fight back if they just win anyway.

Taking down 1 or 2 while you’re the only one trying in your team is pretty satisfying 😆

You're the enemies bi**h ironically. Bungie could easily fix this situation by allowing a vote to forfeit like, you know, a normal comp pvp game does.
