i cant seem to get in touch with a real human from bungie help. i have a serious problem where i received the wrong item AND i didn't get the wishing well emblem as advertised, i ordered a series 7 armory pin but they shipped me series 6 pin (therefor no chance at getting jotunn, my baby) and all i can get from bungie help is "your emblems should arrive within 24 to 48 hours blah blah blah reply to this if you still require help" and i reply and GET THE EXACT SAME MESSAGE BACK

All you can do is email them and then wait for a reply. You should note that constantly sending them the same email over and over will not help you. It will only slow them down. You will get a response eventually. Nobody on Bungie.net can help you with Bungie Store issues because Bungie does not run the store, a third party runs it.
