I completed the third step of the quest and killed the boss and got the "shadow legion orders" item however the quest wont update and it still tells me to get the orders. I dismantled the orders and did that part of the quest again like 3 times after that (and I kept getting the shadow legion orders item) and it is still stuck on step 3. I decided to still go to the place where step 4 should be done however the bridge didn't extend because the quest hasn't updated to be at step 4.
