Can't Deactivate Cross Safe
I can't deactivate cross safe on my account because I no longer have access to the Xbox account that is linked. Could I please receive help on this?

2 RepliesHi there! In order to deactivate Cross Save or remove accounts from your profile, you must be able to authenticate them. Bungie cannot remove any account from any profile for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized. If you forgot the login information to the account in question or you need assistance in recovering it, please contact your platform's support team for further assistance.
