The Icefall Mantles exotic Titan gauntlets have seemingly lost their ability to be de-casted, thus reverting them to their old form where you are stuck being unable to sprint untill the cooldown runs out. I assume this is linked to the tuning done to how perks give energy back on titan class abilities. Please fix it, as I am one of the few who absolutely love this exotic.
