I've already posted this previously, but since there's zero support contact I figured I'd keep asking until someone responds. I play D2 on Xbox series X. I've had the game since it first released and have gotten nearly every season pass/expansion since and have had zero prior issues. I just started playing again about 2-3 weeks ago, bought Lightfall and then bought The Witch Queen. D2 will stop working at random for me and it'll send me to the dashboard and force quit the game. Initially, it was causing the entire xbox to turn off. It looked as if someone had hit the power button since it would blink and turn the screen off then eventually shut the console off. I have uninstalled D2, then reinstalled it, which helped it to not power the Xbox completely off. However, it still quits the game. Again, it's at random. Most of the time, I was doing a campaign mission. It even shut off on me 3 separate times during step 10/11 of The Witch Queen campaign, but then there are times where I could just be standing there and it still sends me to the dashboard. I have since uninstalled, power cycled the xbox, then reinstalled the game, uninstalled ALL parts of the game completely, restored my console, and I still have an issue. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!
