Exotic Armor costing 3 Shards to masterwork makes no sense.
I have no idea why this is still a thing other than to waste players time.
It's not even like Exotics get a bigger stat boost from masterworked or even additional effects or energy. Lower the cost or make it worth the cost please.

To make you play the game more to get more of them. That's literally the entire point of that currency even existing.
