Considering Sunshot even without the artifacts is one of the best primary ad clearing weapons and a pretty good pvp gun as well (Especially now that zoom doesn't affect range meaning rangefinder is no longer required for a gun to be meta) I highly doubt it'll get a buff. It deals a lot of damage per a shot thanks to being an exotic and a hc plus the explosion can easily clear a room on anything below master while on master it makes everything weak and easy to clean up GM's I'm not sure since I haven't tried it in a GM since I tend to lean towards support weapons
