Update: viiTactiiCZz's response below fixed my issue (or rather my comprehension of the problem). I just replayed The Witch Queen campaign on a different character. I'm on the last step (19 of 19), and it wants me to talk to Ikora to finish the quest. Ikora is offering me a Resonant Alloy to finish the quest, but the game won't let me pick up the item since it's a currency that can no longer be obtained or used. I was playing the campaign with two friends who hadn't completed it. They finished the quest fine and were given the "Of Queens and Worms" exotic quest. I already have this quest in my inventory from my first character, partially completed (Step 4 of 17) I believe this is blocking me from doing anything with the Evidence Board on Mars because all the hidden reports say I need further progress in the Witch Queen Campaign in order for them to be accessed. Additionally I am unable to abandon the Witch Queen quest in my quest dialog
