I think Void could be better. I've discussed this with other Destiny Players to culminate into this rework idea list. These changes are PvE focused, and all changes are for [b]BASE STATS[/b]. With all that said...
I present Void 3.2.0!
Keyword Changes:
Suppression: Causes enemies to have a chance of dealing self-damage instead, still nullifying all abilities affected by it. The chance of misfire increases as enemy tier gets lower, red bar enemies at a maximum of 50% and Bosses at a minimum of 10%.
Super Changes:
Nova Bomb - Cataclysm: Absorbs all projectiles as Precision Damage (if applicable), flying slower now. PvP enemy projectiles will instead deal damage to it like the current state of it. It will deal 250k base damage plus 1.3x all damage absorbed.
Nova Bomb - Vortex: Attaches to enemies and surfaces. dealing 50k DPS for 10s. Abilities thrown into the vortex are attracted to it's epicenter, consumed after they are expended (like when a grenade explodes or a Void Soul dies), gaining +1s of duration for each ability consumed, +2s if it consumes a Void Ability.
Shadowshot: adds a timer to show how long the tether will last for. Moebius Quiver tracks the last tether activated.
Spectral Blades: Takes Void Weapon Damage Buffs from Void Surges.
Sentinel Shield: Damage Buff transfers to the next Shield Throw for 5s after Guarding. Guarding after a successful Shield Throw hit consumes no additional energy.
Aspect Changes:
Controlled Demolition: Volatile effects from you and your fireteam members can now spread. Your abilities cause Volatile effects. You and your fireteam gain 100 HP (half your health) whenever a volatile explosion happens within 50m of you.
Chaos Accelerant: If your Overcharged Grenades get a kill, you will gain a bump of grenade energy. One bump of energy per overcharged grenade.
Child of the Old Gods: Detects any damage dealt by the owner, seeking the highest HP enemy within 30m of damage location.
Ability Changes:
Pocket Singularity: projectile seeks out a target, no longer knocking them back. It now generates a pull to it's detonation for 1s. All enemies pulled by it are suppressed.
Blink: changed from Momentum based blinking to reticle-based blinking. (If you want the clearest example of what I want, look at Void Sling from Warframe.)

64 Round magazine size
Fourth Time's the Charm
Actium War Rig: Catalyst:
Gunner's Prestige: While firing an auto rifle or machine gun, you gain a stacking damage buff of 0.5%, stacking up to 100%. Missing shots removes a stack and every second a stack is removed.
Helm of Saint-14: Catalyst:
Saintly Sanctum: Armor of Light lasts for 10s outside of the Bubble.
Ursa Furiosa: Catalyst:
Ultimate Guard: Sentinel Shield block increases in size while guarding until it becomes a bubble around you.
