Its been a thing for a long time, since auto loading on a weapon that has a very small reload time, but is tied to its visual indicator that the weapon is ready ends up causing issues. It doesn't have very often, and simply resetting your aim, sometimes tapping your fire button resolves the issue, so i don't imagine its a high priority

From what I've seen with my setup, it seems to happen every time I get a kill as described and I did want to use my bow like that too. I hope they look into it.

We all hope they iron out all the small bugs from the game :). I would recommend trying to fire your bow from the hip more though, its a projectile weapon, so you don't need to ads to be accurate, it keeps your field of view wider, so you don't get as tunnel visioned, lets you keep your radar up, and doesn't hit you with as much of a movement penalty. Another option is to charge your bow from the hip, and only aim down sights as you see your target to hit the head. Its how I use bows, and mostly recommend using them if you want a bit more fluid experience with them
