Those emblems are no longer obtainable even if the strike is still in the game.

I’m talking to a buddy of mines now and he’s saying the same thing you are. We're even discussing the old rank up packages system and how that's not in the game anymore so even if a emblem says it's not in the DCV you still wouldn't have access to it unfortunately
