You missed the deadline. The emblem had to be earned and claimed by December 23rd 2023 (~12pm PST)

That doesnt make sense how could the deadline be so soon all the other raids had at least one year

VoG had ~7 months, KF had ~3/4 months, VoW had ~8 months (iirc this had an extension due to the stat tracker being bugged), root had ~9 months. CE having the reduced timeframe puts it similar to KF. Bungie decided the deadline shouldn't be 6+ months and the deadline was listed from the day it got added.
