In game video (bit rate is bad but lag is realistic: https://imgur.com/a/82zuquy
I have for some years now struggled with some minor stuttering, frame drops and general visual issues that only seem to happen like this in Destiny 2. They are noticeable and can just ruin the feeling of the game, and since i play PvP it affects that in a bad way. It started around the time it got ported to steam, and I have litterly upgraded every single part of my PC, including cables, cabinet, psu and all fans + the main components, and the issue still persists.
I have 2 monitors, which have both been changed in that time frame, and no matter which one I use the issue seems to stay.
I have tried the usual change in control panel in the picture below:

ytelse means performance, BPS is FPS.
I have attempted to change refresh rate, resolution, g-sync, v-sync, firewall rules, background applications, multiple reinstalls of windows and a full wipe of the main disk aswell as changing windows disk and it just stays the exact same. Sometimes it seems to also be different, sometimes worse, sometimes better depending on if i tab out, tab in or re-open the game.
These are my metrics and settings when running the game:

I have tried overclocking and underclocking both my CPU and GPU. There is no overheating, no insane overclocks or underclocks and usage doesnt seem to spike during the stutters either.
Hope some geniuses can finally solve this problem for me. Whether it be OS problem or hardware issues, I just want this to finally be fixed.

bump. Wish there was some direct support right about now.
