I can't rank up on rank 5. There is a rank quest that says purchase weapons from banshee. When i purchase one, nothing happens. I have completed every other quest required.

If you have the legendary shards and you're fine with trying, could you try buying the Annual Skate hand cannon or Timelines Vertex? Bungie may have forgotten to update the list of weapons since adding more to the pool but they look like the ones that should work

I did buy annual skate and i didn't get the quest completed. Could it be a bug?
