Hello everyone, I recently posted about trying to transfer silver to someone else's account. I bought around $30 worth of silver, and it was added directly to my account. I was hoping for a transferable code to gift it to my relative who actually plays the game unlike me.
However, at this point, I simply want a refund. Does anyone know how to contact Bungie or any employee? It's surprisingly challenging to reach them.
Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Happy holidays to everyone!

You will need to work with the retailer's support team and be subject to their refund policies.
