Getting malfeasance

I am having trouble with the quest to get malfeasance. The requirements of the quest I have completed numerous times as I have the army of one achievement which I have done 4 times now and it's not counted towards the quest completion. Can someone possibly give me pointers or anything as to why the quest has not completed.

Dang, that's annoying... My best guess is it's some type of glitch, and hopefully Bungie will fix it soon. Good luck🙏
