Game crashes when going to orbit from Warlord’s Dungeon
When trying to go to orbit from the dungeon the game will hard crash.
I get a CE-34878-0 error notification on my PS4,
which is described as nothing more than “[i]An error has occurred with the application[/i]”

That's a problem with the new Warlord’s Ruin dungeon; leaving the dungeon to go back to Orbit will cause crashes or freezes on all systems (PC and consoles).
