I noticed 3 quite severe bugs during a run of the coil just now, namely revolving around the Wish of Flame (I think that's the name) perk after unlocking Riven's extra perks from the seasonal challenges.
At ~0:20 in the video provided, all abilities / self damage with solar provides scorch which, when not constantly healing, will leave you on 1hp until it runs out (it keeps going up) or you ignite which doesn't kill surprisingly. At this point of the clip I used Phoenix Dive, literally a healing move, which gave me 51x scorched. Self damage with incinerator snap and grenades seem to do the same.
Secondly, throughout the clip you can also see I'm standing in the cleansing light for Pervading Darkness multiple times, and it just does not cleanse me. As such I kept dying without being able to do anything about it, which is especially worse when there are limited revives.
I noticed sometimes during the self-scorch my weapon would disappear, which may be related, but I can't remember how to replicate it.
The final, most major bug, is that I could not receive ANY rewards from any of the chests in the final loot room of the activity. I have no idea what caused this, I had a perfectly fine run just before this one and my internet isn't having issues. So essentially I just wasted nearly 45 minutes, enduring painful bugs to get nothing.
