I did some damage testing against Phry'zhia (aka Grasp damage test boss) with Nighthawk and found out. Surge mods are no longer affecting Golden Gun, or at least not nighthawk. I tried 3 separate ways to try and proc them. 3x kinetic 3x kinetic with a kinetic weapon out before popping super, to make sure the buff registered. And 3x solar with a solar weapon out before popping super. All of these did the same damage as base un-buffed Nighthawk at 373k damage. If you doubt my numbers or methods, please try it yourself.
