Reverie dawn armour currently does not drop with the riven's curse mod on warlock and titan, and hasn't been for a while (since around season of the plunder, when the gift of the thunder gods was introduced). Since the offering to the oracle bug has been put in the known issues (makes transcendent blessings unobtainable) and since its a dreaming city season i would love to see bungie acknowledge riven's curse being unobtainable aswell
