Hello there
I have played Destiny 2 on steam for 6096 hours and after Bungie Ban on the 11/11/2023 without words or explanation about it. It was a BUNGIE ban, not a Steam VAC ban.
I requested STEAM to check my account and everything was in the rules and i was clean as a white wall.
I have been waiting 17 days for a reply to my tickets, and as a comparison, Steam, Blizzard and other gaming publishers or companies give me a reply within 1 hour. Bungie is taking 3 months from what i was told.
Since the customer support is horrible and most of the players that are still waiting for an answer,
and since bungie isn't giving me an answer soon i will move with a Legal Action against Bungie and report to Sony has well, because has a customer this is a joke since we aren't getting answers to this false Ban
