So, with FS on the horizon there’s a fairly moderate chance that more characters will get killed off; and if done properly this results in powerful story beats and growth. One of my biggest concerns is someone like Ikora being killed off, because there isn’t a good fit for another character to fill her shoes. and I’m not talking lore or capability wise, Im talking inter character dynamics. The most obvious character to fill Ikora’a shoes (at least temporarily) is probably Osiris however I feel like that would be a major mistake. My rationale is that Osiris is a lot and quite dry and I don’t think his character has grown enough nor has a suitable counterbalance or foil to allow him to operate in an enjoyable role should the story require him to take on a keystone role.
