Prime Gaming "Playground Ride Exotic Emote Bundle" shader not unlocked?
I was looking in my shaders for the "Highlander" shader from the prime gaming bundle. When I could not find it in my list, I went to collections where it show that it is not even unlocked. Prime Gaming shows that I claimed the offer on November 10, 2023. My linked account is the correct one that I've claimed all my other rewards on. I see some of the rewards from other Prime Gaming bundles at the kiosk in the tower, but no Highlander shader.
How can I go about unlocking the Highlander shader if I've already claimed the bundle but it's still locked, and not in the kiosk?

4 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully. Make sure that you claim the previous reward in the kiosk which could prevent you from receiving the new one. If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.
