Please buff* Heirarchy of Needs

I love Hierarchy but the main thing is that it doesn't feel good to use. For me, it feels like the draw speed is so slow and clunky when uncharged. It feels slower than even WishEnder, which actually has the slowest draw time. The only time it feels nice is when it's charged, other than that, it feels horrible to use compared to WishEnder when ad clearing in GMs, which is where this clunkiness feeling feels more prominent. Yes, I know some may justify WishEnder is essentially a sniper because of its damage/perk that's why it feels better but that's not the point. The tempo and feel of the draw speed are ruined whenever you are uncharged, which feels prominent when returning down from charge. It doesn't feel like Archer's Tempo where you feel speedy with the buff, here you feel sluggish without the buff. I propose either buffing its uncharged draw time even if it comes with lesser damage or equalise the draw time for both charged and uncharged.

I used to Love using my Hierarchy of Needs, I always had an urge to imagine it having the Gjallarhorn treatment where teammates with Bows have the ability to shoot through the Ring too. Also I haven't used it in a while but another reason why I dont really opt for it in GM's and such is because there isn't much synergy with Solar 3.0, only Solar weapon DMG buffs, which is fine I guess... I just wouldn't mind a majority or full range of weapons to be synergistic to matching class Elements.
