Obsessive much, Bungie?
My toothbrush was the cause of any bugs the game has suffered?
Was it the cause of any game issues?
Did you need all the player's toothbrushes to clean your servers?
If not then why can't we keep our memorabilia of the game?
And if we can't keep them then why give them in the first place?
Always removing things on the player's back expecting them to not notice.
Shady move.

Edited by Blu3 L1nk: 10/18/2023 5:31:47 PMThe sad thing is no one understands why we held on to the Toothbrush particularly. It wasn't a matter of hoarding a useless item, it was hoping to recieve a rare exclusive item. How did we know this? The raisins from D1 Festival. It took a whole year of holding a useless item to get the Superblack shader, you "had to be there" moment. What makes even less sense, is that they did this with the Ascendant Lens which gave us an emblem, but just abandoned the toothbrush. They have a whole tab for collectibles, and the only item is the Ascendant Lens....why couldn't the toothbrush go there? Why couldn't the Ramen coupon go there? Everyone is quick to justify Bungie removing a useless item, yet they have useless pages that serve little purpose. The mod page is hardly necessary now that transmat effects are not consumable, it makes more sense to just merge it with the inventory page and double our main inventory. Bungie conditioned us Veterans to hold stuff, because it could become rare or lead to a secret reward. Why punish us for trusting them at all to deliver?
