All,
Bungie has been and will continue to ban players for offenses att were not ban-able.
I am one of those cases.
I got banned for an offense att was not a ban-able offense 2 YEARS later.
Even after showing proof that it was not ban-able att the time, they choose not to reinstate my account or stay Mute hoping that I will stay quite and not challenge it.
Season 13 (Feb 9th - May 11th) ended 3 months before Bungie pushed out the security updates for ban-able offenses. Season 13 is when you guys said the current ban-able offense took place. Here is a link to the security update which was implemented in 24 August 2021 (3 months after the current ban-able offense). Link below for proof:

Ex post facto laws do apply. An ex post facto law[1] is a law that retroactively changes the legal consequences (or status) of actions that were committed, or relationships that existed, before the enactment of the law.
You can't go back prior to an offense being ban-able and ban people when it wasn't ban-able during that time.
Bungie is currently giving players $45 dollars with of silver to say sorry for incorrectly banning them.
I don't care about the silver, I only want my account reinstated for incorrectly banning it.
V/r,
Chris

Actually, your acceptance of the EUA allows bungie to do whatever they like, whenever they like and you have no recourse. This is not your game, you own nothing and play on the good graces of Bungie. Period.
