Question : Legit question why are you looking for an admin? Are you looking for one just on Destiny or do you need a Discord one too. What is the goal for the clan? What was the reason for starting the clan? What level of involvement are you and any other admins looking at. What temperament are already in play? What skill gap are you looking to fill? I might be interested but I would want to know the above.

I want everyone to let everyone speak , involve , have fun And i don't want ppl that stay silent all the time , and you have to ask them or talk personally to them so they talk I enjoy teaching others ... So i try to find ppl that can be teached or helped But i also want ppl to do extreme stuff Like flawless raid and dungeons...and trails As you know veterans usually join big clans , and refuse to join smaller clan Or looking for clans that offers special stuf

And be able to manage all type of ppl To help introverts talk more , or shadow silence extroverts Or help extroverts to make their fireteam so they involve others Honestly i prefer ppl that know when to talk or when to stop talking Because in raids and big groups , if someone talk all the time , or force others to do what he say

A group of friends Like your childhood friends that you do all stuff with them And everything you do is fun because of them I want friends to play with ... So everyone that joins the clan , i talk to them , try to know them , i want some connection that make game more fun . I don't want to just do activities I don't want random ppl in clan I want to know the ppl that is shown in my roster I want admins to involve others... I want them to make ppl play together
