I noticed that there is an XBOX account that mysteriously linked/synced to my Bungie.net account(that IS NOT mine, nor do I know who it is, or where they came from)(this happened after the most recent D2 Weekly Game Update too).
I have the email that they tried to use on my account as well as the XBOX GamerTag(XBOX GamerTag in the attached picture).
Their email was this: "[REDACTED]".
I have tried everything in trying to desync and unlink this person from my Bungie.net account and have failed every time. but I can't since I don't have access to their email or Microsoft/Xbox account(to be clear, I have NEVER played Destiny 1/2 on Xbox, even when I did have an Xbox console(like 13 years ago) I didn't even know that Destiny even existed)).
I suspect that this is the sole reason why I CAN NOT verify my email address on Bungie.net's/BungieStore.com's website.
To be honest, I am INCREDIBLY scared to lose this account, I have owned the account since Mid-2018, I have put 5,100 hours into this game/account, have completed A LOT of achievements, and have earned 41(almost 42 in-game Seals/Titles). this game has continued to help me with my Severe Depression/Social Anxiety(and will to stay alive).
I am also worried, due to me slowly losing time to buy my earned Seals/Titles/Pins/Plushies/Merch. After that time is up, I WILL have NOWHERE else to buy them from.
I just don't know what to do, please help.
P.S. I DID NOT SHARE MY ACCOUNT WITH ANYBODY, NOR DOES ANYBODY KNOW MY LOGIN INFORMATION.
