Hey there. The majority of weapons require 5x deepsight extractions to unlock the weapon for crafting. You are showing as 1/5 for Sweet Sorrow and 1/5 for Firefright. So there is nothing to fix as that matches what you say, if you used two harmonizers. You can check the requirements for each weapon in Collections, Patterns and Catalysts. It will tell you the requirements for each weapon, and your progress towards unlocking.
