12(or more) perks per column - that’s why they made this change to ritual playlist vendors. Even then it’s hard as hell to focus anything good.

You may disagree, but I think p!ss poor drop rates plus the normal 6 perks per final columns is equal to 12 perks per column.

I’m totally agree with you. There was a video called “will the new weapon crafting fix this?” by Castle Content, which clearly shows our pathetic chances to obtain the “god roll”.
