I'm not even sure this is the right place to report. However, I was not able to hold my anger. I could not play Trials or Quickplay recently due to many issues, including Weapon Bugs, Server Issues, etc. I wanted to play quickplay to get used to the PVP vibe, and this cheater showed up.
