I've recently been trying to get a better roll on my Synthoceps and have been using Rahool to focus exotic engrams. I equipped a Resilience Armorer to my Ghost and decrypted an Engram, not a bad roll, not a great roll, the hunt continues. I get back the materials and decode another engram and the roll was...identical. Both rolls also ignored the ghost mod and had a focus in Recovery.
I'm pretty meh about the materials yeah it takes a while and is quite annoying but I'm more worried about these rolls as I was under the impression this was fixed?

I understand rolls are random and at the best of times not in favor but this just seems out of the ordinary and made me double check my mod quite a few times.
Will continue to test and update here with future rolls when I can get the materials but any reply in the meantime would be awesome and appreciated.

Fyi some older exotics have a custom tuning to provide each copy with a higher stat in the function of the exotic so using a ghost mod isn't always beneficial. Synths no doubt have a strength boost stat

The ghost mod only sets the listed stat at a minimum of 10, and does not guarantee it will be the highest stat. Only the first roll might be a bug but you would need to provide video evidence for Bungie to investigate. All modern video game platforms have built-in capabilities to record the last 30 seconds or more of gameplay, either with a controller button or using the Xbox Game Bar.

3rd Roll - You guessed it, Resilience Armorer Mod Equipped Mob - 12 Res - 11 Rec - 13 Dis - 24 Int - 6 Str - 2 I'm not going to be doing anymore testing as I'm wasting so much resources doing this but I hope this gives enough data to have someone look into it
